Dear NHL Hockey,
My name is Gordie and I am 8 years old. I was named after Gordie Howe, and I miss hockey. Mom says you have lots of big important grown-up things to talk about, but I just miss you. I miss the swish of skates on the ice, the ping as a puck hits a post, Blue's big bark, snuggling with Mom on the couch, then jumping up when she yells "Le but!".
